Global Markets
The Global Markets team oversees Utah international representatives, conducts familiarization tours with travel agents and media to educate on visitation to the state, and participates in domestic international-based travel industry conferences and shows. In addition, the team creates the office Travel Guide in multiple languages, assists organizations and companies in translation services, participates in partnerships with national travel organizations, and assists in co-operative marketing opportunities.
Welcome New Global FAM Specialist
Please join in welcoming MK Thyfault to the team! MK is the Office of Tourism's new Global FAM Specialist and is excited to learn more about everything Utah has to offer. MK's background spans corporate finance and analytics, hospitality and guest experience, and various creative pursuits. She is equally comfortable digging into data, working with people, and thinking creatively. Outside of work, MK enjoys DJing, live music, exploring the outdoors, and adventuring with friends. She is excited to meet everyone and get started.
