Utah Film Commission

Formed in 1974, the Utah Film Commission is part of the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Development and the Utah Office of Tourism. Our mission is to promote the entire state of Utah for film, television and commercial production and foster the development of local talent, crew and industry.

The Utah Film Commission works with cities, counties, and agencies to bring film production into film ready communities across the state which create jobs in the creative sector, support local businesses, and encourage tourism in Utah.

Below are ways for cities, counties and businesses to bring film production and film-motivated tourism to your local communities.
