We communicate with potential visitors to Utah who reach out to our office through calls to our dedicated phone lines, emails received, mail requests, and assist the on-site information center and connecting with walk-in visitors and guests. We also assist staff with a variety of materials projects. Our resources include our partner websites and brochures for passing along the most current and correct information to potential visitors to the state.

Ben Dodds knowledge of Utah’s plethora of outdoor activities, including mountain biking, rafting, backpacking, hiking, canyoneering and snowboarding specialist. Knowledge of all of Utah’s ski resorts. Happy to support all trip planning questions. Video editing and production support for UOT.

Dave Hansford attentive trip and itinerary planning, which includes highlighted maps and specialized brochures; custom packet delivery; specialized shipping. Invaluable support for visitors who are less inclined/willing/able to use the internet, which includes many seniors with plenty of time and money for travel. Supporting international travel agents who our representatives do not currently support, including Finland, Denmark and others.

Becky Keeney owns the strategic process for the UOT. Setting strategy is a collaborative process conducted by teams. Becky provides processes and facilitation for strategic work including overseeing the execution of the offices Strategic Plan. Her favorite part of this role is that success depends on a constant flow of new ideas and requires investigating new ways of thinking.
