- Cities, counties, non-profit destination marketing organizations (DMO’s), and similar public entities (as outlined in the Utah Cooperative Marketing legislation)

- Non-profit organizations that have been in existence for a minimum of one year, in which the primary goal is to attract and retain additional visitors for Utah through tourism promotion.
- DMO’s: Destination Marketing Organizations, such as Chambers, Convention and Visitors Bureaus and Regional Tourism Organizations.
- PSO’s: Public Sector Organizations, such as Events, Festivals, Associations, Attractions, Recreation and Entertainment Venues.
- Organizations exempted from Federal Income Tax under Section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code.
- Applicants may not use the 501 (c) status of another entity or their out-of-state parent organization.
- No qualified entity may serve as a fiscal agent for a non-qualified entity.
- Co-op funds cannot be matched with other state dollars. Applicants (and joint applicants) will be required to identify the source of their matching funds and any state support they are currently receiving.

- A minimum of 25% of the ad unit must be specific to the Co-op applicant
- Ad units must be at least 1/8 of a page
- Final ad unit is subject to approval by the Utah Office of Tourism
- Use of the Utah logo is not required as it will be included in the shell of the advertising section

- Prices listed are Net Rates, meaning the purchase is done directly between Madden and the Entity and not through an ad agency, if done through an agency will be subject to Gross Rates
The Madden Program includes a reader response call to action for each advertiser and inclusion on their website www.vacationfun.com. |

| Preprint Co-op participants must first pay the entire amount to Madden and then submit a Preprint Co-op Reimbursement Form along with the tear-sheet to UOT by fax at (801) 538-1397. UOT will reimburse qualified entities for half the cost of a full page, half page, quarter page or eighth page advertisement in a special Madden pre-print newspaper publication. |
